Job Role - Manager of I&C
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages all I&C Engineering staff and projects
- Ensures all designs meet firm and wider technical and design standards, codes, and requirements
- Coordinates and leads multidisciplinary teams
- Delivers projects on-time and within budget
- Supports Project Management Office in client meetings
- Manages department staffing and training, budget, and resources
- In-person and remotely liaise with plant staff and construction team on national and global projects
- Provides reports and estimates to the leadership team
- Supports proposal efforts
- Travel to sites as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years in a management role
- 15 years of engineering experience in relevant industries (chemical, fertilizer, refining, petrochemical, pharmaceutical)
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Strong working knowledge of industrial control process systems (i.e. Honeywell, Allen Bradley, Yokogawa)
- Digital and analog control experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
