Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Microsoft technologies such as .Net, C#, SQL Server, and Azure services. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create efficient and scalable solutions, ensuring the integration and deployment of software applications within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Proficient in Microsoft Web Technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, .asmx Web Services, along with expertise in popular web libraries including JQuery, AngularJS, Knockout, Bootstrap
• Skilled in Microsoft Application Development Technologies, particularly WPF/XAML, coupled with Microsoft SQL Server Database management, encompassing strong SQL query abilities, Stored Procedures, and Views

• Experience in Data Integrations involving various file formats (XML, JSON, CSV, etc.)
• Proficient in managing diverse systems such as AS400, Oracle, Teradata, etc., and technologies like SSIS and FTP
• Familiarity with Reporting Systems including SSRS, ActiveReports, and MicroStrategy
• Experience using Microsoft Office products including Visio, Team Foundation Server, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience working both independently and collaboratively in a team oriented environment

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Computer Science or Engineering; and/or one to two years of experience developing software in a commercial software development environment
• Ability to work from rudimentary requirements and specifications and translate those into technical specifications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to design and develop large scale applications
• Minimum of one-year experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment is preferred, but not required
