DESCRIPTION :

Intellectual Property Specialist

HYBRID : 1 WEEK IN OFFICE / 2-3 WEEKS REMOTE

RESPONSILBILITES :

• Prepare and file patent / trademark applications and other documents with the USPTO.
• Demonstrate knowledge of patent and trademark processes.
• Familiarity with multiple filing systems to include WIPO / ePCT, USPTO Patent Center and US Trademark Office.
• Generation of various documents and communications.
• Docketing experience is preferred but not required.
• Prepare and file domestic and foreign patent and trademark applications.

REQUIREMENTS :

• The ability to work independently and work well in a team environment.
• Ability to effectively prioritize workflow, multi-task and work under pressure.
• Ability to problem-solve, think independently and undertake projects with minimum supervision in a timely and efficient manner.
• Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; able to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information.
• Strong computer skills including immediate skills in Microsoft Office products and various IP databases.
• Interpersonal skills to work with other Sandberg Phoenix members in a positive, teamwork environment to service our clients.
