Spencer Fabrications is a small business in Tavares, FL. We are professional, agile and fast-paced.
We are immediately hiring for General labor positions. the job consists of building metal Trusses, custom fabricating, working with different materials, etx... Helping to Install bus shelters, or install other metal work.
Requirements: have knowledge of hand tools and reading tape measure (we are willing to train) have any experience in this field. Have some experience with construction, or handy man work.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are contacted, you will still need to come in and fill out another application.
PLEASE also note that you must be able to pass a DRUG TEST.
We offer health benefits after 60 days
401k and PTO after a year.
Paid holidays after 90 days.
Hours would be from 7AM - 3:30PM MON - FRI

We are looking for a Laborer to join our team and assist with various tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing manual labor, such as loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, erecting scaffolding, and cleaning up job sites. The ideal candidate should have physical strength and stamina, as well as the ability to work independently or in a team environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable and has a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Follow safety regulations and procedures.
- Lift and move heavy objects.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Operate power tools and machinery.
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs.
- Work with a team to complete tasks efficiently.
- Understand and follow instructions from supervisors.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
