Spencer Borden Summer Program Paraprofessional Job Description

Background:

Spencer Borden will have a five-week summer academic/enrichment program July 1-August 1, 2024. The program will operate Mondays –Thursdays from 9:00-2:00.

The program will be held on site at the school. Students will work on fun and engaging projects in the arts, health and wellness, and STEM. Staff can choose to work part-time (2 days a week) or full-time (all four days). Preference will be given to those who can work the full program.

Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to:

• Implementing enrichment activities that embed the Massachusetts content frameworks
• Taking and reporting attendance
• Supervising children throughout the day
• Attending professional development before the start of the summer program

Salary:

Contractual Hourly Rate

July 1-August 1, Mondays – Thursdays
