As an automotive Parts Driver/ Service Advisor Trainee (Shop Support Associate) your will play a vital role in making sure the shops can operate in a smooth manner. Duties such as picking up and returning parts and taking vehicles to emissions for our four shop locations (Mesa, Chandler, San Tan Valley, Florence) are vital to the store's success. In addition, as a Service Advisor Trainee you will have the opportunity to start learning how to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager through appointment scheduling, answering phones, checking customers in, building repair orders and other introductory service advisor skills.

Responsibilities:

• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures as outlined in the current Employee Handbook.
• Driving required, company provided vehicle.
• Pick up parts from vendors and deliver to stores.
• Return Parts to Dealerships
• Be able to lift and load automotive parts
• Driving vehicles to emissions testing facilities
• Check in Customers
• Fill in at stores during the absence of an Assistant Store Manager.
• Always maintain a positive attitude and positive communications.
• Learn & Follow our Customer Experience Process to ensure quality of work, attitude and performance meets or exceeds customers expectations.
• Ability to learn how to Create Estimates and Repair Orders
• Ability to learn how to Assign work orders to the technicians and keep the shop flowing.
• Answer Phones
• Schedule Appointments
• Answer customer calls with enthusiasm and a smile in your voice.
• Learn how to Educate customers about the health of their vehicles: Ensure all their questions are answered and they leave our shop with a good understanding of their vehicle.

Requirements:

• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Interest In a Career in the Automotive Industry
• Automotive Experience Perfered
• Desire to learn and take on more responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, building repair orders, working with customers.
• Desire to Become an Automotive Service Advisor
• Answer Phones
• Lift and Load Automotive Parts
