Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our clients' lawns and landscapes. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of various lawn care techniques and the ability to operate a range of equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and trimming
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to promote healthy growth and control weeds
- Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and health
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and plants
- Identify and address pest or disease issues affecting the health of lawns and landscapes
- Clean up debris, leaves, and other materials from lawns and landscapes
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred
- Knowledge of snow plowing, groundskeeping, mowing, landscape maintenance, tree care, tree trimming is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Physical stamina to handle outdoor work in various weather conditions
