We are a new Freight Brokerage seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Broker Agents to join our team. As a Freight Broker Agent, you will be responsible for managing the transportation of goods and coordinating shipments between shippers and carriers. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our Agents will receive 70% of the net profit margin for each load moved by the agent !!!

All agents/brokers who apply must have an established Shipper/Carrier resources and Book of Business.

Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers to secure freight opportunities
- Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure competitive pricing for customers
- Coordinate the movement of freight, including scheduling pickups and deliveries
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers and carriers
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
- Utilize software systems to manage freight operations efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements, including FDA regulations for transporting perishable goods

Experience:
- Proven experience in inside sales or transportation sales
- Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics processes
- Proficiency in using software systems for lead generation, sales management, and transportation management

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $59,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
