Parts Administrator/Dispatcher of parts runners.

General Overview

• Work to ensure the necessary parts are located and processed to assist in getting the repair completed in a timely fashion by completing the following:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform duties of dispatcher for parts runners.

• Locate and process orders for parts, primarily for auto/light duty, but also for others as needed.

• Locate and record pricing on estimates, primarily for auto/light duty, but also for others as needed.

• Investigate part problems with vendors and work to come up with solutions.

• Process paperwork for defective/warranty parts.

• Assist Parts Manager as needed.

• Assist with receiving/unloading part deliveries as needed, sometimes required to operate forklift.

• Strong organization

• Communication by phone and email with technicians, salesmen, etc.

• Computer – Will be using Word, Excel, Outlook, Google search, NAPA Prolink, Repairlink, etc.

• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Order and invoice entry.
