Job Grade: Non-Exempt, Hourly Department:
Warehouse Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Starting pay for this position is $19 per hour.
SummaryThis role leads the activities of workers engaged in verifying and keeping records of incoming shipments by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare a daily list of Purchase Orders received, completed & yet to be completed and report them to management.
- Resolve outstanding issues on Purchase Orders that the department has been unable to complete.
- Complete requests from Client Success Departments to answer Client questions concerning Purchase Orders and resolve in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the Client Success Department to ensure accuracy of PO’s, packing slips & received goods are aligned with the SOP’s.
- Post items to the system to correctly reflect what was received.
- Prepare daily a list of backordered items that were received and report to management.
- Create assemblies in the system to merge items prepped by team into one completed kit.
- Run necessary reporting to post the correct cost in the system for received items.
- Responsible for leading the unloading & staging of expected goods from truck containers & deliveries & putting away to the appropriate locations of the warehouse.
- Responsible for the accuracy of the sorting & counting of goods compared to the expected PO.
- Assist in the picking/packing area when needed due to business needs.

- Demonstrated proficiency in three functions of the warehouse.
