SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY ASSISTANT

Speech Tactics is Charlotte's premier Bilingual Pediatric Therapy Clinic. We are looking for positive and energetic therapists who embody our core values and have a people-first mindset. Speech Tactics is seeking a talented speech language pathologist ASSISTANT to join our growing team of dedicated professionals! This position provides therapeutic services for children of all ages who exhibit developmental delays or impairments in the areas that impact speech, language, and cognition. We offer tele-therapy and clinic therapy services in our beautiful center! 

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Treat clients within a multi-disciplinary clinic setting and/or tele-therapy.
• Review, collaborate, and carryout therapy plans as indicated on the treatment plan developed by the CCC-SLP
• Provide home exercise programs and direct therapy for a pediatric population (0-18)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, parents, and caregivers during progress report meetings

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PEDIATRIC SLP- Assistant

1. SLP-Assistant NC license2. Excellent Communication skills3. At least two (2) years of pediatric experience is a PLUS 4. Early Childhood Intervention experience is a PLUS.
2. Spanish language skills are a PLUS

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:• Valid North Carolina Driver’s License• NC/National Background check
