Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the warehouse operations. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.

Duties:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the items received
- Unload packages from delivery trucks using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect packages for damages or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate personnel
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely and labeling them correctly
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate shipping schedules and resolve any shipment-related issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a related field preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
