• Provide enrollment assistance services to customers via telephone, virtual, remote and person-to-person at health center sites and other locations free of charge.
• Ensure Exchange Assisters enter outreach and enrollment data and activities including media outreach and education, and group outreach and education into reporting database by close of business every Friday.
• Participate in scheduled enrollment events in designated rating areas.
• Maintain documentation on Consumer Consent for assistance.
• Identify staff to complete Exchange Assister training and register as a Pennie Exchange Assister with the Pennsylvania Insurance Department.
• Complete Conflict of Interest Annual Disclosure Forms.
• Follow established protocols issued by PACHC to enroll eligible consumers and track enrollment activities.
• Inform PACHC within one (1) business day of any conflict of interest violations, privacy breaches, PHI breaches or security breaches.
• Inform PACHC within two (2) business days of any concerns brought by consumers related to information provided by enrollment assisters or Pennie.

Successful candidate will:

• Complete training that has been approved by and offered through Pennie™.
• Achieve a passing score on all Pennie-approved certification examinations.
• Complete continuing education and be certified and/or recertified on at least an annual basis.
• Meet any licensing, certification, or other standards prescribed by the Commonwealth, if applicable, so long as such standards do not prevent the application of the provisions of title I of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
