Spectrum Therapy Center is a clinic that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Music Therapy. We are looking for highly interested, flexible people to join our team. We provide significant classroom and hands-on training that would be extremely useful for people who are interested in going into child-related health fields. We have had positive feedback regarding experience gained from past technicians who had worked with us during a gap year or while in school and have gone onto graduate school in medicine, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, speech therapy and occupational therapy.
Behavior technicians work under a behavior analyst who develops and supervises the child’s individual program. The behavior technician works individually with a child to teach new skills.
