Our client is seeking an Experienced Associate to join their company, a leading player in the offshore energy sector. Responsibilities:

Provide support in reviewing acquisition and investment opportunities.

Assist in industry and financial analysis to inform strategic recommendations.

Develop complex financial models to evaluate targets’ financial projections.

Conduct comprehensive financial valuations using various methodologies.

Support due diligence processes for potential acquisition targets.

Assist in integration initiatives as needed.

Undertake ad hoc analyses related to strategic initiatives.

Investor Relations:

Support Investor Relations function in covering institutional and individual investors and sell-side analysts.

Aid in the development and distribution of materials for shareholders, investors, and the financial community.

Analyze industry trends to provide insights into strategic positioning and value proposition.

Oversee logistics for investor relations events.

Qualifications/Skills/Licenses:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Economics/Accounting.

Minimum of 5 years of finance/forecasting experience.

MBA preferred but not required.

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with financial data management systems such as BPC.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
