THE BEACH CLUB MAINTENANCE RUNNER

Summary : The Maintenance Runner is responsible for performing pre-arrival units, assisting Maintenance Tech with light maintenance and retrieving parts / needed items for Maintenance Tech.

Job Description :

• Perform light preventative maintenance such as : reprogramming remotes, changing light bulbs and delivering needed items to units / techs in a timely and efficient manner as assigned by daily work orders.
• Assist with pre-arrival unit checks to include checking lighting, doors, sinks, etc.
• Notify supervisor of equipment and facilities requiring repair or replacement.
• Clean up work area upon completing a work order.
• Provide superior customer assistance and service.
• Maintain positive work environment to facilitate excellent service.
• Follow all safety guidelines and report any unsafe acts or conditions to supervisor
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills Required :

• Excellent communication skills for positive interaction with co-workersand customers
• Basic writing skills

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, walk for the entire shift.
• Ability to climb / stand on ladder as needed.
• Ability to climb / walk stairs.
• Ability to work in outside inclement weather conditions as needed
