Are you a high school or college student looking for a summer job? Spectrum Industries is looking for new Team Members to perform a variety of routine tasks to assist production activities. We have job opportunities in Shipping and Receiving, Assemble to Order, Woods, Metals, and Powder Coating.

Shift Options: 

1st Shift: Monday – Thursday (6:00am – 4:00pm)

1st Shift: Tuesday – Thursday (5:00am – 5:00pm)- 11.2% shift differential pay

2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday (4:00pm – 2:00am)- 7.5% shift differential pay 

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Uses manual tools or supplies to prepare raw materials or components for the production process
• Loads and unloads raw materials or component parts onto/ from production machines or equipment
• Examines product to verify conformance to company standards
• Records information such as quantities, work time, date and other job information on daily time documents and routing sheets
• Ties product in bundles for further processing or shipment, following the prescribed procedure
• Stacks and secures products to skid or cart for transporting to the next work area
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Must be enrolled in an educational institute
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
