GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES
Creates and supports a corporate culture that promotes Person Centered Planning. Serves as an advocate for individuals with disabilities within the organization, with other organizations and the community at large. Provides support, direction, and guidance to mid-level managers and clinicians. Provides leadership in promotion of agency mission and goals. In the absence of the Director, is responsible for oversight to and outcomes of assigned region. Ensures implementation of personnel, clinical, financial and administrative procedures. Participates in developing, monitoring and revising region’s strategic plan and goals, with focus on outcome measurement. Supports culturally competent recovery-based practices and person centered planning as a shared decision making process.
