Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Full-time Nurse Coordinator at the Federal Occupational Health Clinic in Richmond, VA.

Position Highlights:

• Emphasis on work-life balance | low stress environment focusing on employee health
• Clinic Schedule 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM 
• Freedom from evening, weekend, holiday, and on-call responsibilities
• Care for federal employees, not the general public 

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience providing direct patient care in a patient care setting (primary care, urgent care, emergency department, occupational health, public/community health, or school nursing)
• Graduate from a National League of Nursing accredited school (Diploma, AD, or BSN)
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
• Active RN licensure 
• Minimum 1 year supervisor/management experience preferred
