Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for civilian Labor & Delivery Registered Nurses at Madigan Army Medical Center at Fort Lewis in Tacoma, WA This position provides OB/GYN nursing services in support of patient care and treatment. We offer full-time long term and short term / travel opportunities. This contract position offers:

• 80 hours per pay period
• No canceled shifts
• Any state license accepted

• 11 paid Federal Holidays

Job Requirements: 

The OB/GYN RN will have the following requirements:

• Must possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university; and/or graduate of an accredited National League of Nursing (NLN) School.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Have and maintain a current and valid state license (with no limitations, stipulations, or pending adverse actions) to practice as a Registered Nurse in one of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
• Two years in clinical nursing, within the last 5 years, working as a RN in a Birth Center environment.
• Fetal monitoring training required.
• Have and maintain current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
