Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician at the Houston VA Medical Center (Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center - MEDVAMC) and surrounding Community Based Out-Patient Clinics in the Houston area. 

• Full-time opportunity, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 8 hour days
• No evening, weekend or holiday responsibilities
• 19 scheduled patients per day
• No administrative hassles associated with running a private practice
• Great opportunity to focus on being a physician, not dealing with insurance companies and billing issues 

Job Requirements:

The Position will have the following requirements:

• Any active state license
• Board certified or eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• At least 2 years of recent clinical experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Active DEA registration
