Job Description
Spectrum for Living, a New Jersey not-for-profit organization, helps adults with developmental disabilities attain their maximum potential by providing quality housing and clinical services in state-of-the-art facilities.
Basic Job Functions:
· Development of behavioral support plans and methodologies
· Monitoring and documenting client progress through data collection, summarizing and
writing reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
· Completing periodic testing, assessments and observations of clients
· Participating in annual client ISP reviews and other team meeting discussions
· Attending psychiatric appointments with the monitoring and review of medication for
clients served
· Assisting in the development of ISP plans with the interdisciplinary team
· Providing clinical support and guidance to Direct Support Professionals
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, or related field or RBT certification
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word with excellent report writing skills
· Ability to train on crisis management skills
· Ability to perform and train others on behavior support plans and methodologies
