The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for being the internal liaison to our Sales Team to help manage and grow our accounts. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is customer service oriented. The position will require a multitasking, forward thinking, efficient and productive go-getter.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage administrative work required to set up new items for customers either on-line or in their systems.
  • Work closely with sales managers to create offers and reports for key customers.
  • Create quotes for customers.
  • Assist Sales Managers on ad hoc projects
  • Assist with planning and execution of sales meetings, board meetings, customer meetings and trade shows
  • Must be able to navigate through our systems, input information, and create spreadsheets.
  • Support marketing projects including sharing information with sales reps, developing metrics and tracking success and other projects.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations with text, charts, data, and graphical representations.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Capacity to handle tight and last-minute changes, adapt quickly and problem-solve independently
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with all levels of corporate personnel and sales reps by acting with tact and diplomacy
  • Stay current on technology, tools, and skills; and identify and recommend ways to improve current processes.
  • Develop experience that supports advancement in sales or marketing management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task
  • Proven ability to maintain attention to detail in all facets of role
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment, and work with people of all levels
  • Associates degree, bachelors degree or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Must be a team player.
