Locally owned Spectrum Car Care finally expanded from 5 bays to 11 and we are looking for energetic, ethical, upbeat and most importantly a reliable team player to join our team. We are looking to hire an Assistant Service Writer/Advisor. Please research our company prior to applying. We are looking for applicants that have experience in and as an automotive service advisor.

At Spectrum Car Care we have an excellent Google rating and offer honest, affordable car repairs. Because of this we are looking for an energetic, high efficiency, honest service advisor that would like to grow with our company. Must have previous automotive service advisor experience and strong ability for multi-tasking.

Monthly bonus is paid on productivity and gross profit. Bonus is paid 1st week of the month on the stores (NOT INDIVIDUAL) productivity.

Daily activities include the complete customer experience but not limited to:

*Monday -Friday work schedule and closed on weekends. No Saturdays or Sundays!!!

* Answering phones, greeting customers, building work order, advising of repairs to fix current and future concerns, ordering parts, distributing work flow to technicians, invoicing customers.

* We are a digital shop using Autovitals software. Our technicians have tablets and complete digital inspections. Taking photos, documenting repairs and emailing these to the customer for a transparent customer experience.

* A monthly range of repairs for Spectrum Car Care looks like this.

40% brakes & Suspension, 20% emissions diagnostics and drivability issues, 20% oil changes, 10% maintenance flushes, 10% engine and transmission replacements. Minimal diesel and minimal classic classic car.
