Description:

Spectrio is looking for an experienced and passionate Product Owner responsible for Spectrio’s digital customer engagement solutions. The Product Owner defines and drives delivery of solutions that enable engaging and influential experiences on digital signs, interactive kiosks, and through audio experiences. Strong communication skills and ability to define-and-deliver work in an Agile approach are essential for success in this role. Reporting directly to the Lead Product Owner, you’ll be pivotal in setting and achieving aggressive goals that enhance the lives of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current solutions and determine roadmaps to achieve goals in collaboration with Architecture, Engineering, and Product leadership
• Delivery of software and hardware solutions
• Define user stores to incrementally deliver value towards our goals
• Clearly define definition of done to support predictable delivery
• Monitor and advise the scrum team to meet definition of done
• Nurture ideas and solutions to existing customer problems
• Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
• Extract and retrieve information and data sets to improve upon software
• Work closely with the scrum team throughout the development process
• Schedule and lead meetings to identify issues and fixes for projects
• Build and maintain relationships with hardware manufacturers to identify future innovation opportunities and hardware lifecycle visibility

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a product owner; experience with digital signage software and media player software and hardware is ideal
• Good technical comprehension of SaaS
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative and innovative thinker
