Job Role: Desktop Support - Incident Management
Location: Washington, DC 20036
Duration: 6 months with extension/conversion possibilities
Hours: 8 am - 5 pm
Type: W2
The minimum pay rate is $30/hr on W2 all-inclusive
Top Must have Skills:
o 5 years of enterprise experience (2nd level support), focus on customer service
o Experience with Remote software tools, Lifecycle management
o Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
o Backend office MS Office Support
o MS Intune
o Active Directory
o Remote management
o Incident Request Management
o Education Requirements: HSD
o Systems/Software Proficiencies: MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
o Certifications: Hardware is a plus
Day to Day Responsibilities:
o Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
o Responding to tickets
o Maintaining office technology
o Front facing customer service
