Title: IAM Administrator
Location: Columbia, SC
Duration: 12 months, likely extensions (Onsite every day for training and then hybrid typically required to come onsite once per week after training but may be more)
C2 clearance is required

SpectraFORCE is seeking an IAM / Active Directory Administrator for a Hybrid (On-Site 1 Day/Week) opportunity in Columbia, SC. Ideal candidates will have experience with ADOM (Active Directory Object Manager), MS Exchange and some knowledge of RACF.

Must have technologies: ADOM, Exchange, some knowledge of RACF Nice to have technologies: SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, Access Databases
Day to Day:

• Provisioning access to new hire and Transfers in an Active Directory environment
• Responsible for identity management of user accounts and protection of system resources
• Provide administration support for enterprise system access
• Setup, maintain and terminate system access on multiple security architectures and within multiple secure applications

Soft skills: Communication is key especially with the customers we need to make sure we clearly understand the customers business need. We expect all members of the team to Run it Like you Own . There must be follow up with the customer when there are issues and follow through resolution. We work in a fast-paced environment so we must have team players that demonstrate flexibility
About the Team: There are a total of 14 team members. We work on various projects, i.e., Exchange, Security Access Templates, Onboarding new Customers. Our team works with various teams throughout the organization. Excellent opportunity to network with other technical areas.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree. or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree
Required Work Experience: 2 years IT technical experience in infrastructure and/or applications.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree-in Computer Information Systems/Technology or related degree.
