SpectraCorp provides professional program management services for Health Care Providers (HCPs) and assists clients with funding from the FCC’s Rural Health Care program: The Healthcare Connect Fund. The HCF provides funding support for eligible Health Care Providers’ broadband circuit costs in addition to many core network components and network management software.

In this role you will need:

• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
• The willingness and humility to learn the business and process.
• Strong over-the-phone skills, as well as face-to-face presentation skills.
• Aptitude for acquiring and maintaining product knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels in the organization with strong interpersonal skills and EQ.
• To maintain accurate records and data entry in our databases, with a keen eye for detail and precision.
• To have 2-3 years of Telecom industry experience.
• Show proficiency in MS Office Suite

Even better if you have:

• A bachelor's degree.
• Experience with sales force and hands-on experience with CRM software.
• The ability to read and decipher complex phone bills related to multiple circuits.
• Proven ability to create and maintain strong business relationships with all levels of client organizations.
• The ability to work in a self-directed entrepreneurial environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
