Prepares and reviews accounting and financial reports and helps to ensure accurate accounting systems and record keeping.
Responsible for maintaining computerized fixed asset accounting system and files.
Prepares daily bank deposit.
Performs other accounting duties as required or as requested by CFO or Controller.
Regular attendance with timely arrival and departure according to scheduled hours. All absences must be reported to teh Controller, his/her designee or Chief Human Resources Officer.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
At least one year bookkeeping experience required.
Experience using accounting software such as Quicken or Quick Books as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two (2) years accounting experience.
Some governmental accounting experience preferred.
