SpectraCare Health Systems, Inc. is Hiring a Grounds Keeper Near Dothan, AL
- Maintaining the grounds of SpectraCare facilities within a 5 county catchment area, as well as assisting with construction and building maintenance.
- Landscaping to include mowing grass, trimming hedges, upkeep of flower beds and sweeping of outside areas as needed.
- Building maintenance will include, but is not limited to, cleaning exterior walls and decks of facilities as needed, performing minor repairs, cleaning floors and assisting with construction.
- This position will also be required to move furniture, including up and down stairs, as needed.
- Minimum of high school diploma/GED
- Strong knowledge of lawn maintenance machines
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and carpentry.
- Prefer candidates with experience in flooring.
- Physical ability to perform job duties
- A good driving record and an acceptable background check
