Senior Warehouse person Sacramento CA Salary : $22.00 - $24.00 per Hour

Spectra360 has partnered with a well-established organization who is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Warehouse Associate with shipping, receiving, inventory, order picking, QC and forklift experience.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 6 : 30AM to 3 : 30PM, plus mandatory overtime.

Pay : $22.00 to $24.00 / hr. MUST have a good track record with experience.

Job Duties :

• Utilize warehouse management systems to process orders and maintain inventory records.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other equipment to load and unload shipments.
• Pick orders accurately and prepare them for shipment.
• Inspect goods upon receipt to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Organize stock in the warehouse to optimize space utilization.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate shipping and receiving schedules.
• Warehouse Receiver ensures the items that come into the warehouse are safely removed from the trucks and put away in the warehouse.
• Unloading trucks and utilizing the RF Scanner to put away items in the warehouse.
• Inventory Management : Participate in regular inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and reporting any discrepancies.
• Safely and efficiently load, unload, pick, and store products in designated areas.
• Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to optimize warehouse operations.

Requirements :

• Available for mandatory overtime
• 3 years of experience with RF Scanner is a MUST
• Forklift experience a MUST
• Good attention to detail and integrity.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
• Able to effectively communicate with team members and superiors.
• Always prioritize safety, understanding and adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Experience in data entry and reporting experience and lot / serial control experience.
