CSR Fremont CA Salary : $25 - $27 per Hour Customer Service Representative in Fremont, California

Pay : $25.00 - $27.00 / hour
Shift : 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM
Work Schedule : Mondays to Fridays
Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Accept all incoming telephone
- Provide product ordering assistance to customers as required.
- Provide quotations in a timely manner
- Enter sales orders / RMA’s into company computer system as required.
- Maintain control of weekly backlog report
- Maintain a satisfactory level of weekly orders entered, sales revenue, and product quotations, and submit weekly logs.
- Provide file maintenance to Customer Data Base
- Access sales related information as required to provide customer assistance as well as production / collections assistance.
- Convert incoming calls into Sales Cycles* to the best of abilities and provide the necessary follow-up to secure orders.
- Assist Administrative personnel, when requested, to secure payments for past due products / services.
- More duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Experience with ERP software system
- Familiarity with RMA's
- Understanding or ability to quickly learn what a B.O.M. sale entails
- Understanding of processing quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders
- Clear, friendly and professional speaking and writing skills.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Windows
- Familiar with shipping methods and incoterms
- Organizational skills to accommodate multiple sales / service tasks.
- Personable disposition when interacting with employees and visitors.
- Interest in developing solid business relationships with clients.
- Motivation to learn catalog products / services with adequate knowledge to clearly convey ordering information as required.
