Spec’s is seeking to fill a position for the Regional Loss Prevention Manager.
It will require you to build a weekly schedule, typically 45 hours a week, which includes but is not limited to communicating with other people and departments, investigations, security audits, safety audits, and meetings.
As a Loss Prevention Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing loss prevention strategies to minimize theft, fraud, and other security risks within our organization. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal stakeholders and external law enforcement agencies.
Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive loss prevention programs and policies
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and investigate any suspicious activities or incidents
- Collaborate with store management to identify training needs and provide guidance on loss prevention best practices
- Conduct internal investigations into theft, fraud, or policy violations
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and loss prevention activities
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies as necessary for criminal investigations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in loss prevention management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques, including CCTV surveillance systems and inventory control procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and presenting findings
- Ability to conduct criminal investigations with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in conflict management and resolution
- Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations related to loss prevention
- Loss Prevention certification is a plus
