Specright is looking to hire a Solution Architect within our Customer Success Team. In this role you will be responsible for the architecture, solution designing and implementing Specification Data Management solutions of customer accounts.

You will collaborate with our customers while providing best practice recommendations, developing solution designs and ensuring success of their implementation. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success and Software Engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the solution design of customer solutions and ensuring implementation success for projects of any size in Enterprise environments
• Define and document solution design, user stories and requirements inclusive of configuration, custom development and data migration
• Assist in identifying in and out of scope items, providing possible options to stick within scope, and delivering a solution to match the Customer’s budget, scope and timeline
• Guide customers with best practices to support customers in business transformation and process optimization as part of a Specright implementation
• Help customers transform their business with Spec Data Management (SDM) technology 
• Configure objects, layouts, and workflows in Specright with Salesforce.com admin functions
• Assist with data imports, quality checks, and verification of client data
• Experience working, directing and coordinating with on and off-shore implementation teams
• Experience collaborating and guiding technical resources to convey functional requirements and assist in solution design of integrations and custom development 
• Train the Train and mentor new Business Analysts within the team, for product and industry best practice
• Conduct weekly technical training and/or mentorship for the team
• Assist with supporting pre-sales activities expansive of participating in sales calls and proposal development, as needed 

Basic Qualifications

• 7 years of experience leading solution architecture design for complex projects (business architecture, process architecture, integration architecture, user experience, process improvement), ideally within manufacturing, HLS, or hi-tech
• Leading business and technical requirements definition, coordinating with configuration, custom development, data and integration consultants to build and managing the end to end solution implementation to ensure success
• Experience developing Business Requirements Documentation, data mapping, process flow diagrams, data models, configuration and deployment
• Salesforce.com admin experience required
• Experience working within hybrid implementation methodology 

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to present to C-level executives and leadership
• Industry experience in HLS, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Packaging or Supply Chain highly preferred
• Customer oriented and phenomenal at building client and project team relationships
