Our company is looking to hire the candidate for our primary DNA collector position in Balsam Lake, WI. The main role of the job will be providing DNA testing (buccal swab) on the behalf of the Polk County CSS office for paternity purposes.  PLEASE NOTE - This is position is only 1-2 shifts per month and is an extremely part-time position. 

Having a medical background is preferred but not required for this position. Applicants should have great customer service skills and work well in a team environment, yet be able to work independently. Must be reliable, professional and have a great attitude. Applicants must also have reliable transportation to report to the site for each testing shift.

• DRAW SITE: Polk County CSS Office in Balsam Lake, WI
• RECURRING SCHEDULE: 1-2 Wednesdays per month; 8:30am-1:30pm (testing schedule is provided in advance)
• PAY RATE: $16.00/hour

All staff will receive complete online training and over-the-phone training, as well as all supplies required for the position. A background check will also be conducted after hire, prior to the new hire's first shift.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Perform cheek swab specimen collections
• Take Photos and Ink prints of all clients
• Fill out handwritten Chain of Custody form
• Ensure specimens are properly and accurately labeled 
• Make FedEx run to drop off samples collected for the day
• Keep track of supply inventory and order as needed
• Able to work with the public and be friendly and professional
