Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Collateral Specialist to join our team. As a Collateral Specialist, you will be responsible for various duties related to asset recovery and scheduling. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a office environment and willingness to be in the field processing vehicles.
Duties:
- Photograph collateral and process inventory with ability to lift 20lbs
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Utilize 10 key typing skills and math proficiency for accurate data entry
Skills:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional customer service skills for interacting with clients and visitors
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic clerical duties
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs
- Proficient in 10 key typing and math calculations
- The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions
