H2 Orthodontics is currently adding a Clinical Orthodontic Assistant to our team! We are adding an OUTGOING, fun, enthusiastic, hardworking person to our extremely talented team! Our progressive, growing Orthodontic practice is expanding. If you are looking to work directly with patients to provide them outstanding orthodontic care through Invisalign and braces, you will want to join our team. Duties include:

• Help to maintain patient flow pattern by seating patients promptly and begin procedures 
• Place elastic chains, and wires. 
• Prepare teeth for bonding of braces and Invisalign attachments
• Checks patient for loose brackets or bonds, monitor oral hygiene of patients, instructs on correct brushing
•  Deliver all instruments to sterilization to be sterilized
• Keeps drawers stocked, clean, and replenished 
• Debriefs patient and parents after appointments 
• Take records including X-rays, iTero scans, and photos.
• Charts notes for patients seen, Chart scheduling of next appointment type needed and the weeks out
• Answers any questions for parents regarding treatment
• Assists Orthodontist in any given procedure 
• Anticipates what doctor may need during appointment and takes action
• Cleans chair and moves around clinic with sense of urgency
•  Back up Sterilization 
• Preforms side tasks daily and/or monthly as assigned by Clinic Coordinator
• Attends all other staff meetings and Daily Huddles. 
• Abide by established office policies and procedures
• Representing the practice in a positive way inside and outside of the office.
