As a Call Center Representative with Premier Orthodontics, you'll be at the forefront of our commitment to providing unparalleled patient experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Showcasing your amazing customer service skills to ensure every patient feels valued and heard from the very first phone call. 
• Guaranteeing that each patient interaction counts, we're committed to making each one memorable. 
• Answering incoming calls to schedule new patient appointments and manage current patient appointments.
• Providing knowledgeable answers to orthodontic inquiries and questions.
• Demonstrating self-motivation and initiative in managing your workload effectively.
• Handling a volume of 60 to 100 calls per day with professionalism and efficiency.
• Utilizing excellent communication skills to interact with patients via text and email.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse patient base.

Qualifications:

• Strong Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate a track record of providing outstanding service to customers, with a genuine passion for exceeding their expectations. Past experience in call center environment.
• Love for Customer Service: Embrace the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' experiences, showing enthusiasm for every interaction. Strong communication skills with impeccable vocabulary and punctuation.
• Ability to Maintain Calm and Cool Demeanor: Stay composed and professional, even in fast-paced challenging situations, ensuring that patients feel heard and valued.
• Quick Thinking: Possess the agility to think on your feet, problem-solve effectively, and provide timely solutions to patient inquiries or concerns.

• Dependable and Reliable: Show a strong commitment to punctuality, attendance, and fulfilling responsibilities, contributing to the smooth operation of the call center. Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
