Specialty Counseling & Consulting is a CARF-accredited, multi-specialty outpatient behavioral health agency.

Flexible work schedule, promote work/family/life balance, work as a team, not alone. Providing both In-Person and Virtual Sessions.

We are currently looking for a Colorado [fully] licensed Therapist for our Greeley office. Will assist with Colorado licensure process if needed. Provisional licensure is an option for the right candidate. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent
• Licensed to practice independently by the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)
• LPC, LCSW, and/or LMFT
• Two years postgraduate experience providing clinical counseling

Responsibilities:

• Provide mental health counseling to a diverse clientele
• Communicate client needs and updates to the treatment team on a regular basis
• Maintain current and accurate documentation of services using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Participate in Quality Assurance meetings as requested
• Participate in weekly Staff Meetings
• Participate in stakeholder meetings as needed
• Participate in client / family team meetings as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
