Specialty Administration Services/Truck Master Warranty is Hiring an Operations Specialist Near Brandon, FL

Specialty Administration Services, located in the Tampa, FL area, provides superb warranty contract and claims administration services to the heavy-duty truck and automotive industries.

We are currently seeking a full-time Operations Specialst to help support our claims team and our continued business growth. This role has the knowledge centered on products, systems and processes that support the sales team and our dealers with contracting, general inquiries, and reporting. These areas are vital to supporting our dealers with selling our products, while also supporting the claims department should any one of these areas interfere with providing service of a claim. This position will provide a large amount of support to the claims and administration teams by helping to communicate between departments.

This position is Monday – Friday. Weekends off. We provide a competitive salary commensurate with experience, as well as having major holidays off with pay, health care starting day of hire, along with a full benefits package.

Duties/Responsibilities:

● Maintain and update admin system (Stone Eagle) with various required settings for claims, sales, and other departments.

● Update Claim loss codes as requested.

● Reporting

● Custom reports for management

● Month end reporting

● Answer inbound calls and provide product and procedural information; properly notating all communication with dealers, customers and repair facilities.

● Vendor relationship management.

● Support for rate changes and development within the admin system, including testing and troubleshooting.

● Provide support to the sales staff in the form of contract entry or cancellation and answering general dealer questions and requests including client one-off contract entries.

● Help to implement any operations standards put into place by the Company. Assisting with reporting and analysis on KPIs

● Resolve escalated calls from Sales, Agents, or customers in a timely manner.

● Develop a working knowledge of all products by attending all training.

● Help to provide cross-training between departments.

● Participate in departmental special project initiatives, as assigned.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting an F&I or service department.
  • Knowledge of warranty, GAP, or other mechanical breakdown products.
  • Must have proven customer service skills and the ability to handle calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Experience with reporting, Excel, Word Processing, Outlook, and business phone systems experience required.
  • Sales CRM software experience such as Salesforce or Dynamics a plus. Knowledge of Adobe design software also a plus

Education:

  • High School diploma or GED required, College Degree preferred
  • Experience working in diesel environment, technician, Warranty claims preferred
