Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated servant leader who is looking to grow with our organization. While we are looking for someone who is experienced in leadership and manufacturing, we are not looking for someone to come through the door and know everything. Our ideal candidate will be open to one on one coaching and professional development with the plant manager.

As a Supervisor, you will take on the responsibility of being the right hand to the plant manager. We value our employees, internal relationships, and how people feel about their jobs. Key Responsibilities:

• Learn all manufacturing processes from end to end within the facility
• Work closely with the Plant Manager and other leadership to learn values, processes, and systems.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel, including but not limited to directing daily work, providing performance evaluations, and coaching, and supporting a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed to meet production targets and customer demands.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to resolve production issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Train and mentor employees to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Assist in developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives to improve the plant's profitability.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare reports and analyze data on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Inverters and 12v lithium battery technology
• Electrical wiring background and hands on experience with complex systems.
• Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints.
• Experience and comfortability using hand tools.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles, including Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Total Quality Management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on work that involved custom or assembled products.
• 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
