Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction facets, including trades such as concrete and carpentry
• Exemplify and cultivate productivity, organization, and leadership among the team
• Coordinate and supervise field labor to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Uphold project execution within budget parameters while rigorously enforcing safety protocols
• Manage project alterations, maintain current contract documentation, and proactively tackle challenges to meet project milestones and deadlines.
