Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Thermal Spray Engineering Technician to fill a Direct Hire opening in Blue Ash, OH!

Responsibilities:

• Conducts hands-on process activities (masking, blasting, thermal spraying, painting, etc.) to support engineering during product development.
• Develop process methods and parameters (masking, blasting, thermal spraying, painting, etc.) for engineering process development.
• Provides hands-on training to production employees during new product introduction.
• Ensures functionality of existing production tooling and contributes to new tooling designs.
• Communicates accuracy of production work instructions, routers, and efficiency standards.
• Performs basic robotic programming to support development and process improvement.
• Participates in activities to improve production throughput and reduce cycle times.
• Provides accurate projections of direct labor and material usage for cost estimates.
• Performs assigned duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree
• Previous experience with Thermal Spraying is required
• Previous experience in the Aerospace Industry is required
• Mathematical Skills
• Engineering experience
• Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions
• Attention to detail

Compensation: $30-40 an hour
