Medical Receptionist

MUST:
2 year of experience in a medical office
Experience checking patients in
Review paperwork and treatments with candidates
Checking patients in and reviewing paperwork
Experience in a plastic surgery or dermatology office preferred
Amazing customer service skills and communication skills
Ability to turn inquiries into consultations
Strong documentation skills
DUTIES:
Answer phones
Check patients in
Review paperwork with patients
Respond to inquiries
Explain procedures
Review treatments
Set patients up for consultations
