Employment Specialist
Special Friends Foundation is seeking an Employment Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference working with a highly creative team building community integration opportunities for our participants. SSF's employment specialists engage people in their pursuit of a vocation and build vocational skills through professionally expanding their creative skills, building relationships with peers, working on community engagement, and contributing in their communities and beyond. This site is located in King of Prussia, PA, just outside of Philadelphia, a ten minute walk from a Septa regional rail station. Join us and love your job!

The Employment Specialist at SFF works within the PA ODP regulations for supported employment services and is responsible for corresponding documentation for all assigned individuals. The employment specialist will help people identify their talents and
passions and work with the larger team to create yearly plans and goals for your individuals. The work is a good balance of hands on working with people as well as time focused on documentation and strategizing with a broad team.
