Job Overview:
We are seeking a Special Auto Finance professional to join our team. As a Special Auto Finance specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in obtaining financing for their vehicle purchases. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and financial situations, negotiate loan terms, and ensure a smooth loan processing experience.

Duties:
- Assist customers in securing financing for their vehicle purchases
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and financial information
- Negotiate loan terms and interest rates with lenders
- Process loan applications and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Upsell additional products and services to customers, such as extended warranties or insurance policies

Skills:
- Strong mathematical skills, including basic math and 10-key typing
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable loan terms for customers
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track customer interactions and progress
- Knowledge of financial services and lending practices
- Ability to process loans accurately and efficiently, adhering to TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations
- Sales skills to effectively upsell additional products and services

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in finance or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in auto finance or lending is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in loan processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
