Spec Results Day School is Hiring a Classroom Aide (RBT) Near Toledo, OH

Spec Results Day School is a small private-school program for children with Autism and other special education needs. We believe in providing a high-quality education to unique learners in a safe and caring environment. Our educators are community members with a passion for supporting children with special needs.

Job Description: (Immediate Hire)

We are currently searching for an aide to support in the classrooms where needed. Our ideal candidate will be able to provide quality care and support to students. The aide will work collaboratively with the teachers, children and parents to ensure that each student is receiving the best possible education and behavioral support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide classroom support to teachers and students.
  • Will help implement academic and behavioral instruction to children in classroom.
  • Assisting lead teacher with lesson preparation.
  • Ensure the learning environment is clean and safe.
  • Implement ABA therapy as an RBT ( we will help you with this training)

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma

Experience in supporting children with special education needs

Must successfully pass BCI/FBI check

Must hold Registered Behavior Technician certification or be willing to within 30 days of hire

Weekly Schedule:

Monday-Friday

8:30AM-2PM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
