Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to join our team. As a Project Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of sports flooring installation projects, spanning over our Western Midwest territory (ND, SD, NE, KS, MN, IA, MO), ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site installation activities, including subcontractors and installation crews
- Ensure that projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and contract requirements
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Coordinate with SPEC project managers, General Contractors, installation crews, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Review and interpret construction documents, schematics, and blueprints
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement construction schedules
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and RFIs
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Utilize construction management software such as Excel, Office 365 for project tracking and reporting

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as Excel or Office 365

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
