SPD Wireless AL is Hiring a Wireless Sales Manager (Full Time) Near Brewton, AL

We are looking for someone to join us at Cricket Wireless AR location in Dothan AL. Qualifications are: one year experience in wireless or management, someone that enjoys working with people, enjoys technology, good at multitasking, and can work the retail hours 10am to 7pm (Mon thru Sat.) and 12 to 5pm (Sun) with 38 hours. Weekends rotated. APPLY NOW.

Hourly Commission/Bonuses... starting pay for store manager is $14.40/hr plus commission on all sales and monthly bonuses for store goals/metrics. Earn up to an additional $1-$5/hr in these incentives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supervise / work with a team (2 sales reps manager)
  • Adjust/adhere to a daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Resolve customer complaints/ issues
  • Train team
  • Maintain sales goals
  • Outside Marketing & Events
  • Inventory
  • Motivate team

Qualifications:

  • 1 year in Wireless or Management
  • Ability to self-start and maintain motivation
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Positive and Energetic attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.40 - $19.40 per hour
