Position: Thrift Store Associate
Location: 75 E. Moana Lane
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), including weekends and holidays

About You:

• Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems and cash-handling best practices
• Engaging Personality: Enthusiastic about providing courteous and helpful service to customers
• Physical Stamina: Capable of being on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Reliable Transportation: Maintain a reliable means of transportation to and from work

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in a friendly and respectful manner
• Operate Point-Of-Sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
• Collaborate effectively with the team, practicing active listening and clear communication
• Cross-train with donation intake and distribution associates
• Flexibility to perform additional tasks as assigned
• Bilingual (Spanish/English speaker) would be a huge plus in order to assist our Spanish-speaking customers!
